Daugava 2020 Employee of the Year – Kārlis Bergs

Kārlis has been a member of the DBC team for the past three years. During this period he has proved himself to be a reliable mechanic, who’s “always up for challenges”. Kārlis responds to stressful situations in which most people lose the plot, calmly and with humour. He can laugh at his mistakes and quickly correct them. Colleagues describe Kārlis as trustworthy and industrious in even the most challenging situations.

We wish Kārlis limitless energy and an infinite desire to improve his skills. This unique award was created by one of the most talented sculptors around right now, Oskars Mikāns.
